The same day I posted about my issues below they immediately responded here and also emailed me. Since then they shipped me an entire 2nd faucet as well as a back up of the component I was having a problem with. This was much more than I expected and I am very happy with this service. Can't expect it to feel as solid as a $600 Kohler faucet. The matte black is gorgeous actually. So why 2 stars? Well I'm hoping to hear from Time Arrow customer service. They are not easy to get ahold of. The pop up drain cap needs to be replaced. I don't know if I just got a bad one or not, but the surface is flaking off badly. It's only been installed for a few weeks and has had very little use. Just a small amount of water sitting on it and it's ruined the surface. It's hard to tell but in the attached photo the surface of the pop up is completely dry. All of those imperfections on the surface is where the paint is flaking and peeling off. TIME ARROW PLEASE HELP! Would love to upgrade this to a 5 star...

Was perfect and nice when first installed. Then started to notice the most used "cold" handle paint started to peel and rust. Problem has started to get worse. Definitely did not last even a year since purchase and just getting around to see what we paid and that we should have gone a different route. Disappointed with quality.. loved the matte black but didn't hold up with repeated use

As long as you have some basic plumbing knowledge, the faucet is easy to install. After about two years of daily use, we developed a minor drip (out of the faucet into the sink, NOT with any plumbing or connections underneath sink). This is obviously a common problem with sink faucets in general and it did not bother us much (maybe a drop would form every 20 - 30 seconds), but I finally decided to fix it. The problem was with wear on one of the valves, which apparently have been improved since we purchased over two years ago. The manufacturer was extremely helpful and responsive and had replacement in my hands within a few days. I was really impressed with their willingness to help, as well as quick response and clear communication. In general, it is a very sturdy, high quality, and good-looking faucet, especially when you consider the price.

Product looks great and the finishes have held up well. I bought two chrome and two black faucets. However, the handles push past the off position (the whole unit moves) as the cartridges are broken. 3 out of the 4 faucets continuously drip, so I now need to replace them. Save money in the long run and buy quality fixtures.

When getting ready for our home bathrooms renovation, we did a lot of research on each product choice. We really zeroed in on these good-looking faucets for both of our new bathrooms (3 vanities in total). The reviews were stellar, the photos were sharp. Once the faucets arrived and were installed, they are knockouts. Very substantial, thick metal, well-applied matte black finish. Our plumber said they were very easy to install.Immediately after installation, we noticed that both faucets in our master bathroom had the slowest, faintest leak and our plumber requested that I contact the seller and ask that we please get replacement hot and cold cartridges. The nice people at Time Arrow were instantly helpful and shocked me by shipping three entire new faucets out to make the repair right. I have seldom run into more pleasant and thorough customer service and I appreciated it enormously.I can recommend both this product and this company without any reservations!

**EDIT TO REVIEW AFTER CONTACTING CUSTOMER SERVICE- After reaching out and writing an honest review, TimeArrow responded quickly and quickly shipped me a new version of the same faucet. It was quick, painless, and upstanding of them. I'm impressed with their customer service and standing behind their products. I'll have to install the new one, and see how it lasts, but from their quick reply, I've been very pleased. **I’ve been loving these...Until the finish came off. They worked great, looked great, except the matte black finish has just began to flake off of the cold faucet handle. I’m so bummed. I realize the faucet wasn’t too pricey, but I’m disappointed in how it’s just flaking off to expose the brass underneath, and is no longer all black and noticeable. Consider longevity when purchasing. I need to try to find a contact and see what can be done.

Love! It was hard finding matte black vanity faucets locally and others I found online were $200 plus. I took a chance and ordered one initially, glad I did. It is beautiful and looks a lot more expensive than it was. Have purchased two more for my other bathrooms remodels. So far they have held up nicely and clean up no problem. No water spots or anything. We did have a leak issue on one of the faucets but a email to the company got a fast reply and no questions asked they sent a replacement immediately. Great customer service and product quality.

I LOVE THE LOOK of this faucet. And it is good quality. For the price, we expected something light and flimsy and cheap looking... Which is not the case at all. My husband and I were both glad to open the box and saw how nice the faucet look. My husband is a carpenter and so we installed it on our own. The cold water handle was a little loose and I just sent them an email asking to see if there is anyway to get a new handle without returning the whole thing because we just didn't want to have to uninstall the entire faucet. The company sent us a new one.Update on faucet. We have city water. And the faucet did not hold up. You can see in the picture the coating pealed off and now is rusted. This is in our bathroom for over a year. I am supper bummed because I really wanted to love it since their customer service was so great.
