I have used this hair colour for many years now and like it enormously. However it’s a good job I know how to use it, as the recent order contained three boxes with instructions that were in Italian, and two other languages I didn’t recognise! So the instructions were useless for anyone that speaks only English. I’ve given it 5 stars anyway because I do love the hair colourant itself. Just be aware you may not get English instructions. Hint: Google Translate works well on the instruction sheet - hold your phone above it and select the camera feature 😉

I was worried reading other reviews I wouldn’t get the three hair dyes I paid for but I did and so not to worry it’s not a scam. I’ve used this colour before and love it, it is so natural looking, I will be ordering again.

This is the only semi permanent dye I've ever used. I have black hair and am starting to see more and more Grey's that can't be hidden by changing my partline anymore! Easy to use. Didn't find that it stained skin. No strong smell. Covers Grey's surprisingly well. Nice shine to the colour and looks so natural no one could tell I'd dyed my hair. One thing I will say is that it lasts longer than I thought it would. After 2-3 months I could see root regrowth but the mid to lengths were still black. My hairdresser has advised me to just colour the roots next time. And to only run colour through mid lengths to ends every now and then

I was so looking forward to this. I read a few reviews that suggest it is nearly black - I disagree.I think it is a little darker that the image on the box above, but that is with light shining on it - so it is dark brown, but not close to black - black is black - it has a striking element to it and this is very natural looking. A nice colour, but I will be purchasing black to add a few low lights and darken it a bit more.It is definitely not a solid block colour - it tones the hair - which brings me to grey. How well does it cover grey? - well it has toned my grey - that is good in my opinion - there is no grey, there is a brown tone instead, a lighter brown.Why are all dye conditioners better than daily conditioners? This is no different, soft, smooth, silky, great shine, looks healthy, smells nice. Four stars because it does in fact come with a honey conditioner not a coconut conditioner as advertised, not that I care.I can not fault it. What I like best is the natural tonal effect - so I am really pleased

Excellent easy to use product!I have long hair and usually use 2 packs of hair colour at a time, just about covering all my hair, using 2 packs of this I had product left over with my hair fully covered!Being a semi permanent it’s applied to damp hair making the application process so much easier to do and it did not have an obnoxious smell either!With a 20 minute leave on time and easy to rinse, it meant a change of colour was not a long drawn out process!!Speaking of colour, the colour matched perfectly to the box image, now that doesn’t happen very often, regardless of brand.Highly recommended product and an absolute bargain on amazon!!!Definitely will be purchasing more!!

This doesn’t seem like the genuine product. I have used this for years and this is not like normal. First of all, the lids on the bottle were suddenly different and then when I mixed the product it was watery instead of thick and creamy. Decided not to risk it and washed it off instead as not willing to take the risk. Will not buy again.

Excellent, I had very damaged bleached hair, it was very brittle & lifeless, I used this semi permanent dye to get back to my natural colour, it was so easy to apply, no nasty aroma. Washes out easily with no staining, has brought back moisture to my hair, would recommend as perfect coverage & leaves hair feeling so soft

Le produit est arrivé sans problème ; mais attention : descriptif portant à confusion : 1 produit mais annonce laissant abusement penser qu'il y en a 3 ! Jusqu'au prix à l'unité écrit en petit à côté du prix payé ! On croit faire l'affaire du siècle mais finalement le produit est même plus cher qu'en magasin... 🙁 L'annonce est malhonnête, Amazon est complice.
