Looks to be excellent quality, well made, seems smoother than our previous cylinder, perfect fit looks smart and great to have 5 keys as standard, also much cheaper than other brands

I bought them to replace the non-thumbturn locks in two uPVC doors. Easy to fit. The cost of the lock is offset by the quantity of keys supplied. The keys are somewhat larger and thicker than a typical key.The lock is nice and easy to turn with the key and slides in and out with little resistance.

A very sturdy lock and fitted in less than 5 minutes.Very nice to have the thumb turn.Great to have 5 keys included.Time will tell but I also bought graphite powder to ensure all keys work smoothly.

Easy to install. Only issue is the lock occasionally slips forward jamming it. Need to poke it back in, which is a pain when the door is closed and jammed. Ot is an easy fix and no other issues

Excellent quality with the knowledge you've installed a BS 3 star product to give you piece of mind. This comes with 5 keys which is 2 more than the nearest comparable competitor YALE. Its worth bearing in mind that these high security keys will cost you app £10 each to get further keys cut therefor giving you greater value. The ten year guarantee registration also allows you to password your key number so nobody else can request further keys to your lock.

Bought this over the Yale and Avocet locks, since it seems to be harder to pick than yale locks, and it's much cheaper than the avocet locks. They look nice and are very smooth, and 5 keys are great to have.

Delivered quickly, good weight, hopefully will be okay, fitted, operates smoothly, button press on the thumb turn is a good idea if the lock has been damaged on the outside. Pleased with purchase.
