It definitely can on time I woke up with a horrible headache. Looked outside and saw the box out. There didn’t bother open it till I had my coffee thinking that’s what I needed. It was a caffeine no didn’t go away, so I got my little box and opened it and I found my little head cushion and threw it in the freezer with the ice as I drink my coffee after a good 30 minutes 45 minutes I felt like it was cool enough. So I took it out. It was cold. It was in the bag. I opened it put it on over my eyes over my head within a couple of minutes not even minutes seconds brain freeze eyes were frozen. Why did I put it on who convinced me to put it on my head was gone, but I had a massive brain freeze. I took it off right away And I was like what the hell was that it worked my headache was gone, but I had a brain freeze. I had to go sit outside for my head to thaw out, so yes, it does work. I used it most of the day to cool off my face and my puffy eyes so it’s damn good product it works. I’m glad I bought it. Don’t keep it in the freezer for too long.

Works just as it's advertised. Soft to the touch with just the right amount of pressure. I originally bought 2 as gifts but just bought 1 for myself because they told me how great they work

The darkness and pressure are nice but i really like that it covers your ears and helps with sounds. Its great for just sleep in general.The bonus for us both has been the cold. I have seen a lot of people putting them in the fridge or freezer. I'm sure that's fun, but we haven't had the need once. Love this! I have been sleeping with it at night and I've been getting some of the best sleep of my life. I don't even need it to be cold, just the light compression and coolness of the gel are enough to help me fall asleep fast and stay that way.

Ordered for my wife and she loves this. Keeps cold for awhile and is much easier to keep on than using a standard ice pack!
