Only used it once no benefits and a very strong smell

So glad I tried this. I have OsteoArthritis and Rotator Cuff Tendinopathy (and some damage) in my shoulder and OsteoArthritis, torn Meniscus and other damage to my knee. I also have degeneration to my Lumbar spine and in my Neck - and Fibromyalgia :'(I was presribed (amongst other Analgesics) 10% Ibuprofen gel - but I honestly think this is at least as efffective as the Ibuprofen, probably more. It's very 'soothing' as well as simply 'working' like the Ibuprofen. I will definitely buy more! Great value too compared to tubes of gel. Brilliant(Same company do an extra strong Arnica gel in a white and yellowish pot which is also excellent - bruises / strains etc. My Dad uses that because he bruises easily on Warfarin)

I also take Devil's Claw tablets, together with balm works great

Getting over a back injury and I get stiff & sore by the end of a workday. Nothing feels better than rubbing this on my back when I get home. I have relief within 15 minutes. I love this topical.
