Absolout kak, took 2 had no effect, i read the pack it says take 2 per day with food so tried taking 2 a day with food thinking it might take a few days to get some extra pep, still no results, just blue chalk imo ppls, DO NOT BUY THIS CRAP PRODUCT!!
