I drink purified water because I am so sensitive to what is added into spring waters and often the added sulfates cause allergic dermatitis - however I still need some minerals! I add a cap full into a little cup of water and drink it! I notice a huge difference in overall clarity and also my eyes always seems much whiter.. nails and hair grow faster too!

This specific product was recommended by my naturopath as I do not like the taste of other mineral supplements i.e. salty taste. This mineral supplement is tasteless and perfect if you enjoy plain water!

I’ve been using this for almost 2 months now. I have significantly more energy. Although if it helps someone it will probably depend on what you’re lacking. We have RO water so it seems like a nice addition to our diet. It’s also tasteless when I add a splash of it per 8 oz of water to drink throughout the day. But I’ve been aiming to take the amount it says to take.

Good value for the price but the taste could be improved

I used to purchase this product from a wholistic wellness center many years ago -they would give it to all their patients and clients when they would give them a cup of water along with any treatment they had.They got me onto it and lived drinking it in my water each day. It made me feel good knowing I had such a great supplement to support my bodies’ needs.I always looked for it but never found it .The best part - the new convenient and affordable size !! It’s just enough and great price for the size. Definitely recommend 👍🏽

I don’t know what’s in it, but something gives me super energy! After drinking about a cap full mixed with whatever I feel like… first thing in the morning, I’m good to go for the next few days! It comes on slow and ends the same way; no crash! I don’t recommend taking it before bedtime! No real taste to speak of!

received , package just a little damp, bottle seemed in tact but if turned upside down bottle dripped , so seal wasnt secure

I have been taking this product for a long time. Suddenly, it got very hard to find. I am so glad I can get it from Amazon.
