I have tried a lot of products over the years and have been disappointed. But so far I have seen some good results from the pills. While they may be a little larger than I would like, they are manageable and don't have a bad after taste like some products. My hair does seem to be softer and has more shine to it. I have coarse curly hair so that is important to me! My nails also seem to be growing faster. Not sure about my teeth yet but I have noticed a decrease in the amount of abdominal gas after meals.
