Highly recommend
Would highly recommend these supplements! The difference in just a few weeks is incredible! They are easy to swallow and don’t leave you with that powdery taste you normally get! The author has loads of knowledge and experience and talks quite frank and honest about what we should be putting into our bodies! Would highly recommend her book also!

seems effective
This does seem to help with my sleep - i usually wake up quite a few times in the night but this makes me feel almost like I am drigged - i may wake, but fall back to sleeep really quickly. No side effects as far as I can tell.
