Excellent product, especially great at night when trying to read the really small print on food labels while cooking. Really solid product and the addition of the light helps in certain situations. Would definitely recommend it.

I'm afraid I've got to the age where very small and /or low contrast print is becoming a problem with or without my specs. This item has solved my problem. It is well made and looks to be durable. The magnifying glass works well and is ably supported by turning on the built in cool white LED lights. (Batteries required). I've not used it in 'anger' yet but a few trials with the minute instruction leaflets supplied with some Xmas gift gadgets have shown that this will do everything I want

This is a brilliant magnifier love 3X and 45X for examining jewelry etc. It has minimal distortion and is well manufactured. The threeLED's give perfect lighting if you are working in dark places,

Excellent piece of equipment. I can now read the small print that always seems to be pertinent to "DANGER" & "WARNING" notices that even people with perfect eyesight can't read. It will be a great tool for me as I suffer flrom ARMD.SOo glad I bought it.

I bought this for my elderly mum - she tells me it is the best one she has had. It has a glass (rather than plastic) lens which is always a good sign, it also takes standard batteries (aaa) which is another plus as the various magnifiers she has had in the past have always had unusual and difficult to find batteries.I was going to buy a much more expensive one at over £40 for an optical glass lens just to see if that would help her but I'm glad I tried this as she is so pleased with it. Great value.

Powerful magnifier. More powerful than my old magnifier. Good for reading the smallest print that even my reading glasses can’t pick up. Built in light is very strong, only need it for reading in dark places. Can get blurry if moved too far from article. Has 3 batteries which is very easy to insert unlike some other items where you to hammer the batteries in. Very happy with it.

Great job!I use reading glasses for near objects but that isn't enough sometimes for setting the various functions on modern watches which are sometimes minute symbols.I've just started putting together a watch collection and the range of functions available is astonishing but with the limited space on the watch faces means they are very small.This does the job very well and with the built in light is a step up from the old fashioned type with just a lens.

I had a somewhat less robust magnifying glass which had a frame that split - not once but twice. Glue was not an answer and I purchased this one with a light installed within the handle.I have used the light occasionally and can see the merits of it being there when dealing with very small projects. I recommend it for both its construction being sound and for the fact it has a light in it.
