These certainly help with keeping nostrils open and maintaining better breathing.Several sizes are included so I was able to find one that worked best for me. Some of the others also worked but less comfortably.The only criticism I have is that the plastic is slightly thicker and firmer than other types I have tried so is not quite as comfortable.

I was quite sceptical about using snoring aids as I thought they were all just all talk and no action. After trying these i’m happy to report that they seem to work! Well more accurately my wife assures me that they work! Apparently my snoring has significantly reduced and I feel like I am sleeping much better. They are comfortable to wear as the are really soft, and they stay in easier as they are ribbed. If anyone is thinking about giving them a go I would say do it!

After years of searching for a solution for my snoring I am happy to say that I have found something that actually works! The nose vents really help to open up my nostrils so it is much easier to breathe. Less mouth breathing = less snoring, well that’s what my wife says!I use the larger size as they fit me better and the little container is great for when we are away from home so they don’t get lost in my wash bag.The instructions on the box are clear and easy to follow! If you are in the market for some snoring aids, you will be hard pressed to find something as good for such a low price.

They don't stop me snoring but they can assist with a better nights sleep if I have a stuffy nose.

They work whilst they are in but they always fall out whilst I'm sleeping with defeats the purpose of wearing them in the first place
