I had no expectations buying this product. I just needed something enough like pasta to keep me going when needing a low carb option. I’m pleased to say it hasn’t disappointed! Yes, it definitely has a firmer texture when cooked but I don’t mind it at all. Very pleased

Expecting a low carb version, of a normally high carb product, to exactly resemble its high carb counterpart just isn't realistic.What you can hope to get is something you can use as a reasonable substitute in dishes that require its high carb buddy, in this case pasta. And in this respect I think this absolutely delivers.No, it doesn't taste exactly the same as its delicious wheaty equivalent.Wheat pasta has very little taste usually, whereas this has a very slight unami, almost meaty flavour. Not unpleasant at all, just different, and it isn't so strong as to detract from the flavour of whatever sauce it accompanies.Having covered flavour, you may be wondering how it measures up terms of texture. Pretty good actually!The only discernable difference in texture being that this product will remain quite firm, almost perfect al denté in fact. This is great if you like your pasta cooked this way. If you like a softer consistency however, this probably isn't for you.

If you love eating rubber, you absolutely will love this. No matter what boiling stage, the pasta is chewy, tasteless and rubbery.

Disappointing, bland flavour, very unappealing texture; think eating soft boiled rubber that just comes apart without any chewiness.

Item arrived on time and in perfect condition... Pasta was not to my liking, very rubbery and not great tasting...

Geschmacklich muss man für so ein proteinhaltiges Produkt natürlich ein paar Abstriche machen, aber ich bin positiv überrascht. Mit einer dominanten Soße merkt man kaum einen Unterschied und auch beim kochen entsteht kaum Schaum wie bei einigen anderen hoch proteinhaltigen Nudeln. Wenn sie etwas erschwinglicher wären würde ich 4 Sterne geben.

Da ich regelmäßig LowCarb Produkte kaufe, kann ich sagen, dass es vom Geschmack deutlich besseres gibt. Schade um das Geld, die Nudeln schmecken einfach nach Gummi!Ich empfehle zuerst eine Packung zu bestellen und dann ggf. Weitere.Was positives hierzu, sind die Werte die ich hier gerne erwähne.

diese nudeln verdienen diese Bezeichnung nicht einmal...wie ein alter gartenschlauch...sie haben nicht mal annähernd mit low carb nudeln etwas gemeinsam...die besten sind LCW spirelli...die schmecken wie echte nudeln, die kann man jedem hinstelln u es würde keiner einen unterschied merken!aber diese ekelhaften gummi dinger reichen nicht mal als schweine futter...pääähhhh...kosten hersteller ihre eigenen produkte eigentlich???die gehören damit zwangsernährt bis zum lebensende, wenn man anderen so etwas minderwertiges zum verkauf anbietet!sauerei!

Die zwei Sterne gibt es für den hohen Proteingehalt. Geschmacklich kann ich die Nudeln nicht empfehlen. Sie bleiben auch nach langem Kochen unangenehm fest.
