A1175 Replacement Laptop Battery for MacBook Pro 15-inch Battery A1175 A1211 A1226 A1260 A1150 Battery

This battery went in an old mac laptop, ~2008. The previous battery looked like a piece of bloated popcorn so it has been connected to power all the time. I don't know about the battery life, but the Mac turns on and can sit flat and I'm not worried about a battery explosion.Works great for my needs.

My ancient MacBook Pro had been shutting down frequently over the past month and I was worried that I might damage the external hard drives that my precious data were stored in and that I would have to send it in for repair. I ordered the replacement battery which was an absolute bargain and it arrived in just a couple of days, saving my life, files and sanity. It was so easy to swap out the dead battery and drop in the replacement, took less than 1 minute. Absolutely happy beyond description.

Too early to evaluate battery life, but fit perfectly and got my 2008 MacBook Pro running again.

Don’t remember how long battery should last when new- seems like not up to new, (I’m getting about 3-4 hours of use) but much better than what I had!
