I like the idea of a powder multi. Very easy to take. I just take it direct as it suggests. But you can also mix it with 8 Oz of your choice of drink. The individualized packaging helps as well.

This is a great product. The taste, not so much. I like it but this and the fruit punch, doesn't set well with the hubby. I'd give it a 5 stars except for I am the only one of the two of us that likes these. Having said that? It works well and has quality ingredients and is a good value for this reason. He said it does help his work out energy wise. But, if he doesn't like the taste it doesn't matter.

I have been buying the individual packets for a few years now without issue but my last two boxes have contained a majority of packets where the product has gotten clumpy as a result of exposure to air. I’m uncertain as to if the packets just aren’t sealed properly or if the slit is too deep but I am very unhappy with the recent experience.

I prefer powdered. Hard for me to swallow pills. This is made from foods and tastes good.

So much energy from this stuff. I just feel good on it. No side effects, the ingredients are clean, but it tastes awful. I mix the orange flavor with some real orange juice and it masks the taste. Has a lot more vitamins and minerals than other brands. High quality and super effective. I just feel healthier adding this to my diet. Best complex vitamin I’ve ever taken. I’ve been buying this stuff close to 2 years now. They even ship you a free shaker bottle by signing up for their emails.

So usually i would go for the great reviews of this product for what it benefits me with but i have to say, i was not impressed with the outcome of what it did affected me.I gave up on this product over month now and sadly to say there were reasons as to why.The flavor is what made me stop taking this, the flavor reminds me of that artificial orange dissolving tablets from costco that doesn’t taste orange at all, it triggered my gag reflex which also triggered my sensitive throat which ended up inflaming my bronchitis. So i had to stop taking it for a while.After that i took it again but mixingnwith other flavors to ignore the artificial orange flavor that helped but it caused me to not sleep well at night as if some of the stuff is taking a long while to break down and my anxiety got triggered by it causing me to have messed up sleeping schedule for a month now.And after reading the ingredients in this there’s some things i like to add that would be improving, i don’t support ingredients that benefit together by that i mean stevia and monk fruit. Monk fruit can stay but stevia no, i get the chemical aftertaste of stevia a lot and that’s what offsets the flavor big time for me. So the next time someone wants to include stevia into drink products, take notes, alloluse is a stevia alternative and it doesn’t have that chemical aftertaste either. As for other sugars in the ingredients maybe invest in isomalt instead it’s low on the glycemic index level and it doesn’t cause tooth decay.
