I cannot speak to the long-term reliability of this mask, but I will say that the seal, fit, and comfort of this mask is way better than anything I bought previously at big box stores, and compares very favorably to rental gear at most places in Hawaii (except for some diving tours, which do rent better gear.)I got this because I wasn't happy with the rentals the last few trips to Kauai-- they were barely better than the big-box store masks I bought ten years ago-- and after testing it in the resort pool, it was so comfortable that I wondered, "Man, maybe I can actually take this thing diving."I showed it to the divemaster as we were putting on our gear, and he was like, "Why not try it? I'll bring a spare in case it doesn't work."It was great for both dives, which were relatively shallow, but also very long-- the first one max depth 39 feet and 46 minutes, and the second dive was max depth 45 feet and lasted a full hour. That's a long time to be wearing a mask, and there was no leaking and no fogging.We'll see how it holds up over time, but it's got a great case, no signs of wear so far. I had figured I would use it just for snorkeling and break even on the rental price, so it was a very pleasant surprise that it held up so well for Scuba.

Seals so water doesn't get in, doesn't fog up. My daughter loves these. Have had them for a couple of years now and still holding up well. Her friends always want to use hers instead of their own!

Great mask but the disposable plastic covering the lenses was manufactured into the rubber along the nose piece on one side. I was already beachsideso I used them anyway. Would have given them five stars if not for that

I've always had the problem where my mask would fog over when i went diving. With this mask, they don't fog over and ive been able to see clearly when diving. Thumbs up to Shaolin!

Seems well made, durable. Nice design & color combination. Doesn't leak or fog up, so far. Works great to help me swim in the lap pool.

no problem with the mask, it just presses into my neanderthal forehead like all the rest do.

Have now used during the summer season. Fits great and was as good or better than any mask I have owned.

Bought two masks for my kids. Both broke the within 3 days. First mask, the part where the strap attaches and articulates just came apart, possible failure of the plastic piece that snaps in place, could not find a way to make the part snap back into place. The second mask, the black plastic that covers the red portion on the front has pulled away from the mask. With the other reviews, I really thought they would last longer than 3 days.
