Best keyboard ever !
I absolutely love this keyboard it's definitely worth it. The quiality of it is super sturdy but keeps in mind you can't use a case in your iPad when it's on the keyboard. The lights are so cool and the keys feel so nice and the touch pad is very good as wel. I definitely recommend if you need a good keyboard it's like a mini Mac book but cheaper 🤭

This is the best ipad case and keyboard!! Many asked what brand to buy themselves
This is the best ipad case and keyboard!! Many asked what brand to buy themselves. ESP also makes a great screen protector that feels more like paper for the apple pencil pro and cuts glare from the factory screen. Bluetooth keyboard connects with a couple presses of any of the keys and synchs to ipad. All keyboard buttons are accessible (unlike other setups) Bonus with this setup is it comes with a ipad surrounding protective sleeve, so it protects the ipad when not attached to the keyboard. Another benefit is the ipad can be placed 3 different ways on the back of the keyboard (2 vertical and 1 horizontal

Functional and Attractive
I like this keyboard/case due to be it good looking and well-made. While I agree with some other reviewers that the magnet holding the iPad to the case could be better it mostly works well if you’re aware that it has to be correctly placed. I like that the top of the case bends back at an angle. I have had previous keyboard/cases from this manufacturer for other iPads that dont’ provide an angle and this is definitely an improvement. The keys press evenly and effectively and the mouse pad is good. I wondered at first if the keyboard was a little small with keys placed too closely together, but that has proved to be an a non-issue. The case is light, sturdy and well-made. The only complaint about the material is that smudges easily and has to be cleaned often to remove those smudges. However, sanitary wipes are effective in keeping it clean. This is a good value for the money and I recommend it for anyone needing a keyboard case for their iPad Air.

Great keyboard case, but missing one important feature
I purchased this case to replace the Apple-brand Magic Keyboard which I'd been using with my iPad for over 4 years. I had no issues with the Magic Keyboard, which is lightweight and does a great job. But, as mentioned, it's lightweight, and eventually it just started falling apart. The Typecase keyboard case is much sturdier, and therefore heavier, which is a bit of a mixed blessing, like added weight while traveling. It does the job well, but there are some serious limitations. There's no battery indicator, so the first notice you have that the battery needs charging is when an annoying red light starts flashing at you. Even if there's an hour or two of battery left, the blinking light is so distracting that I can't keep working.Second, if you want to use your iPad in the vertical position, you're SOL. The Apple case simply flips open 180 degrees, so it's very quick and easy to switch from horizontal to vertical. But the maximum opening angle for this case is about 40 degrees, so to use it vertically you have to remove it from the case completely, leaving it unprotected. I'm not sure why this particular design decision was made. Also, the available tilt angle during use is pretty limited.Other than those drawbacks it's a good case. The keyboard is comfortable, I like being able to choose the backlight color and intensity, and it has pretty much the exact same functionality as the keyboard on my Mac.

Excellent Keyboard Case - Exactly What I Was Looking For
I got my iPad Air 5th gen a couple months ago and have been looking for a nice keyboard case. My wife found this one and I fell in love with it. I wanted one with a backlit keyboard, track pad, and the floating iPad design (like the Apple Magic Keyboard). This one checks all of those boxes and then some. keys feel great and typing on it feels pretty natural, even for my big hands. All of the shortcut keys are pretty handy. Both hinges seem to be pretty solid. One of my concerns with this style of case was the iPad shaking or moving while typing, but turned out to be a non issue because the iPad mounts to the case with a pretty solid and strong magnetic connection. Unlike the Apple version, this one has a built in battery which makes it slightly heavier and requires you to have to charge it separately (it’s USB-C), but for a third of the price, it’s a sacrifice worth making. I’ve only had this keyboard case for a couple of days, so this review is based off my initial impression. However, I expect it to do well because it seems to have an excellent build quality. This will be by go-to keyboard case for quite a while and would recommend it to anyone looking for one with the same features I was.

Not a Great Product
Strange touch on the keyboard. Didn’t realize that it had to be recharged and a charge doesn’t last too long. Went back to my Apple Magic Keyboard.
