The Mrs. tells me that these tiny pouches are a real godsend for her (and subsequently - for us both). She's touched a bit of it on my part as well, and yes... it is a very significant effect - not imaginary or placebo effect. She says it reaches full effect for her in about 10 minutes.There is a very small amount of product in each pouch, maybe 1/4 teaspoon - which is a clear, colorless gel with a pleasantly distinctive smell. I think of it as sultry and exotic and adds an exciting difference.What does it do, and what does it not do? Well it's a combination of oils that causes the sensitive skin in those areas to trigger the sensation of warmth and heat. If she's not in the mood wants to be, the product gives her a head start. If she's not in the mood and doesn't want to be in the mood, the product will have no effect. Gentlemen: just because she is feeling interested, do not assume that the whole system is ready to go full blast. The Zestra could get the system started and, maybe even idling well. But you can't expect to open up the throttle without more adjustments. Remember, the most sexual part of a woman's body is her mind - and there's no ointment or cream for that. This stuff is ghastly. Smells bad and burns your business. Nobody wants their business burned, really. I'd give ZERO stars if I could. An unpleasant experience! Do not recommend!
