Top 10 Andalucía and the Costa del Sol (Pocket Travel Guide) Paperback – March 21, 2017

This is good for the whole of Andalusia, but not especially useful for the area on the Costa del Sol, where I was headed. There was very little on Malaga or Marbella. Having previously been to Cordobà and Granada, it is much better in coverage for those areas.

Nice and compact. Contains same materials as the larger Eyewitness Travel Guide to Spain, but in a more localized and lighter format. Can carry in a pocket or handbag without adding a lot of weight.

Comprehensive book has all we needed to plan a trip of the region. Nice pictures and description of sites to see.

Excellent book and DK too 10 are my favorite travel guides

This is just terrible. I own dozens of DK travel guide books and this is a very very poor imitation of those. Graphics are cludgy and text is difficult to read poor pagination etc. DK you need to get onto the digital age or die. I wanted a refund but could not get one. Feeling ripped off.

I live in Gibraltar and frequent my Andalusian neighbouring villages and cities often. This Top Ten guide is simply not large enough to cover such a vast expanse of land. Andalusia may be rural and underpopulated but it's still a huge part of Spain with tons to do and see.Top Ten guides are brilliant (possibly the BEST guides) for cities such as Rome, Dublin, etc, not for regions though.Still, all in all, a compact guide albeit lacking in substance. Probably best to invest in a full DK Guide to Andalusia instead. More weight to carry by cammed with better quality and quantity of information. Avoid Andalusia in July and August!!!

Eye witness travel books have been a firm favourite of mine for years. Clear and informative information can be relied on and I do look at others publications to reinforce my choice. Andalucia region is well presented and has helped me plan a forthcoming trip.

This was useful for a simple, straightforward listing of the best things to see in our holiday area. No waffle. Just what we wanted. One star reduction as the city maps supplied were very small.

In my opinion this had bitty information for here and there. The Costa del Sol has a long coast line with many places, I felt most had been ignored by the guide. Me no likee.

It was fine for a quick trip. Used it twice...great tapas cafe in Marbella and for the Picasso museum In Malaga.
