Should have read the reviews before purchasing. Absolutely horrible product. As with others, the instructions were not understandable with very very poor translation. Big hole in bottom of enclosure with not gland or anything to prevent pest entry. Power cable and photocell wire not routed through slot in bottom. And the kicker, instructions say "drizzle" not heavy rain and to put in shed or shed over it. What? For an outdoor fixture? Bad bad product. Returned it, unused and recommend Amazon drop this product. I would not even give it a star except I had to rate it.

The product is failing and It took a week to catch up with an answering service for the company. The answering service could not help at all, but give me an email address to contact the company to help with the issue.I am 2weeks out of the one year warranty and was told that the product would not be warrantied.On top of that there are not good instructions on how to use the product.

Complete waste of time. Bought for a job and waited for it to come in as the lights were all set. Received the box with the wrong instructions. The broken English was so bad on the instructions that I don't know if I could make any sense of it for use on the box it was written for! Customer support gave me the run around and passed me along to 3 different uninformed people before I hung up. Going back to volt & lightkiwi transformers.

Instructions for programming are horrible. Product did not work well at all. Should be simple....dusk to dawn. However with this product, that is not the case.

Couldn’t program it, it had a poorly fitting cover, the directions were incomprehensible, it had an inch and a half hole in the bottom, the transformer taps were not labeled, it came on and worked and then turned itself off and then it came back on and turned itself off so long and so forth

According to the warning sticker in the box (see attached photo) it is only drizzle proof, not heavy rain proof.... it was a pretty interesting read due to how poorly it is written. It is also a pretty huge waste of time buying this since I usually look for more than 'drizzle proof' in an outdoor transformer. Going to return this and not take any risks.

No instructions on how to program and no customer support. I consider myself a savvy person but lost patience with figuring it out and returned it

As a professional landscaper of over 20 years, I thought I would give this transformer a try based on its listed features. It is not as advertised and quite possibly the worst lighting controller I have ever used. poorly constructed, no features, absolute garbage. buy another brand.
