Brita causes constipation
Some people are fine with Brita filtered water. However, many are sensitive to the charcoal-like product in their filters. For me, Brita caused awful constipation & digestive issues. I will be sticking to natural spring water and staying away from everything Brita. The filter is nice enough & a good, slim design, if you are ok with Brita-filtered water. Was nice that it came with a light to show you when to replace filter. Not for me though!
