Great Headset
This is new, as described, and it did have the proper ear pads, not the cheap generic ones (very important). I love the binaural (2 ears). This has a 4 pin (regular) quick disconnect connection. I have it attached to my DA80 processor (volume, mute controls). Since the DA80 seems to break quicker than the headsets, I like the ability to buy them separately. Shipping was very fast, and would definitely recommend to a friend. The headband is quite snug, but that will probably get a little looser in time. My very, very old one (same model) was stretched out a bit. I can't even remember when I purchased the other one; I certainly got my money out of it as I expect that I will with this one. I've been work from home for 15 years, and have always purchased my own equipment. This way I get what I like.

Works fine with my hearing devices
I've got a hearing aid & a CI and my office is fairly noisy. I changed out the default ear pieces with over the ear pads so that they completely cover my ears and it makes phone conversations much easier now. I don't have telecoil enabled on my hearing devices anymore, so I haven't tried that feature yet. Although I think the sound is clear enough as-is.

The pictures shown should reflect the product sold. It shows the adaptor cable with the headset. It came without one.

Outstanding sound & comfort.
This is a great headset -- crystal clear on my end when used with the Vista M22 amplifier, and listeners on the other end tell me (1) I'm very clear and (2) the background noise that I hear around me in my own office, they can't hear at all. I'm remembering why Plantronics is the professional call center standard and why I've been so satsified with them in the past.

The fit on the ears is way too loose. It cannot be noise cancelling if the ear pieces barely touch your ears. It feels "stretched out". These need to fit tight on your ears

Bad description and restocking charges
I gave one star because I could not use the product. The description does not provide: the connection type (ie USB); the length of cord; the statement that there is a restocking charge if the returned product is not sealed. The restocking is 20%. I had to open the sealed plastic bag to find out that the connection was "wrong" and the cord was only 3 feet. I requested return the same day I got it (so no usage). It took almost 2 weeks to get confirmation that the return was "accepted" by the vendor and, then, I got the restocking charge. Not good customer service.

The headset is working great but you need an adapter from Plantronics also
You need the plantronics adapter, otherwise the headset is not working properly with no-name brand
