I'd heard about TENS machines before and thought they were just gimmicks.I read something about it being used in a chiropractor's office and the rave reviews convinced me it's woth trying. I figured start with a low cost device and see how it goes. No need to consider a different model - this has plenty of options (including a rolling massage one - not sure how it does that with just electricity, but the sensation is good).I've used it for both neck and leg pain, about 5 - 10 minutes per incident. After an additional 5 minutes or so, the pain was gone.I'm convinced it's an under-utilized aid and should be advertised more broadly.

Good product

I've used these before but this is the first one I've used for serious therapy. It comes with all you need - including a carrying case. The two leads can be controlled independently. You can have 2 pads doing one thing and the other two doing a different routine and at a different intensity. Battery life is great. Theres more modes than I even can describe. Overall this thing does the job just fine. I wish the pads worked for more than 1 or 2 applications but I assume its the same with all of them.

This tens unit has many options/modes. It's easy to figure it out. The price was right and it serves its purpose. I love that you can use batteries (not included) and its rechargeable as well. I never have to worry that it's out of power! This is new to me so I can't speak on the longevity of this product.

I absolutely love this. It has 3 different settings to use. You can go from a mild massage to a strong one. You control the strength of the massages. The pads stick well and can be reused many times.

Over many years I have used 3 other brands, before this one. This one is by far the most effective. Also, the instructions are easy to understand, all in English, and the unit controls are fairly intuitive. It is versatile, and well made. Minor aspects also show some thought went into it. The electrode pads have a non sticky tab so it is easy to remove them from the protective plasitc, and from your skin. The plastic sheets that they are stored on are bigger than the pads, so when putting the electrode back on for storage it is easy to place them. Other units I used had the plastic sheet exactly the same size as the electrode, so it was never easy to place it perfectly back on, which meant some of the sticky part of the electrode would stick to something else. Plus this unit has many more settings than any others I used.

As the title says it functions reliably, but the pulses seem a bit inconsistent in intensity.
