I'll admit this is my first uke strap, so I dont have a basis of comparison, but I just love it. The fabric is soft on my skin, but textured enough to not slip around. I can lengthen it or shorten it easily. The craftsmanship is really good. I'm not at all disappointed with this product and I dont think you will be either.

I had to figure a way to snake the cord under my mandolin strings, but not a major challenge.Light weight, more compliant to my shoulder than a leather strap. I love it.

I have a mandola that I play, though not often. It is a smaller instrument, about the size of a ukulele. The size is perfect. The color of the material was a bit off, not quite grey, but it has the feel of a cotton/linen blend. At $6.98, I got what I paid for: a small strap for a small instrument. This strap may work well for a child, but it is not necessarily a strap for a child.As for the leather ends, they appear legit to me. However, most people in the know agree that there are 4 grades of leather. These ends are by no means top grain leather, but a much lesser grade. Then again, top grain would probably yield a $12.98 strap.In the end, I wanted a small, inexpensive strap for a smaller, less expensive instrument. I got just that.

Really nice. Good value and attractive. Like the neutral color. It compliments my walnut wood ukulele nicely. Using it with the tie and the strap button on the bottom only.

I have yet to actually use this product because I have yet to drill a hole into my uke to attach the strap to the base. The strap looks nice and I was provided with the screw to attach the strap.

Used perfectly. It fit a little snug on the leather hole- but I cut it to make it fit.

I really like the texture of this strap. It has some grip but has never felt itchy or overly harsh against skin. I'm a beginner and I rely on this strap to keep my ukelele in place while I learn fingerings. This strap also feels like it's good quality and its width adds to it. The flimsy synthetic strap I got for free with my ukelele kept twisting and bunching up because it was too slippery and narrow.

I used this on my daughter's ukulele. The stitching is well done and the strap is well made. It's adjustable enough to fit small children. Easy to install with all the required hardware.
