I always buy Fiskars scissors, and needed a new heavy duty pair for the kitchen. These arrived promptly and are the expected Fiskars quality, sharp and cut smoothly. However I have quite small hands and found them a little heavy and large to use. Bear this in mind if you have arthritic hands.Maybe suited for heavier use than in the kitchen, unless you have very strong hands.

Scissors are well made and sturdy. I havent had these scissors very long, but have been happy with comfort of handles and performance so far.Thet have easily cut through cardboard and plastic packaging and plastic binding tape around boxes.

I bought this to break down heavy duty cardboard boxes for recycling. Really impressed with the strength of the scissors. Expensive but worth it. My hands ache less when using.
