#1 Best-Selling Eggcellent! Seasonings - Molasses Bacon Blend - Seasonings Designed With Eggs In Mind

I was so bummed when I found out McCormicks discontinued their Molasses Bacon. It went amazing on my Trident Salmon burgers. There was nothing i could find on the market that compared until I came across Eggcellent's own Molasses Bacon. It's hard to say if it's eggsactly the same (haha!) but it doesn't matter because it tastes great and is now going to be my 'go to' seasoning for my salmon burgers.

I had a custom method for seasoning scrambled eggs so they don't taste as bland but after a while my seasoning was becoming rather boring. When I saw this product I figured I'd give it a shot and am I glad I did. And when my daughter tried it she determined she was going to steal my bottle so it's quite a good product.

Really adds a nice flavor to food - mainly using it as a component in a rub I make for smoked meats.

This is an adequate replacement for the McCormick brand plus you use less to get a similar flavor. At first I thought it was too sweet, but I adjusted the amount and it worked out well. The size and price are a great deal.

Wish it had a stronger bacon flavor, but it's still good. Would like to see the salt content listed on the bottle.
