Appetite Suppressant

I truly love this product!!!!!!!!!!!I have always been hesitant to try appetite suppressant products after many bad experiences with scary ingredients and bad side effects.  I was excited to find a product that was made with natural ingredients and not loaded with risky ingredients and caffeine that gave me the jitters.  I had no bad taste, no upset stomach, and in the first week i lost 6 lbs by watching what i ate and taking this product.  I recommend this proudly to anyone who struggles with weight, overeating, etc.  it is also good for your health.

I was really excited about these pills but after taking them for a couple days, I’ve seen no difference. They do not suppress my appetite. I will say that they are easy to take and don’t make you jittery or anything like that. I just don’t think they work, at least not for me.

My greatest weakness is food, I love all food and feel hungry all the time. It makes dieting hard because food is all I think about.I tried this for two weeks and this was my results:Week 1, I took pills 1 hr before breakfast and lunch. Kept a food diary and ate roughly 1500 calories a day. Didn't notice any difference and didn't lose any weight. It was hard to time the pills an hour before eating because I can't always plan my breaks at workWeek 2, I took the pills at breakfast and lunch and ate more strictly of 1450 calories. This time I noticed that if I ate a smaller meal I was satisfied for a couple hours. Unfortunately it wore off after and I would be ravenously hungry.I lost a little water weight since I was calorie conscience and drinking more water instead of coffee.Overall, pills helped a tiny bit for my appetite. Unfortunately they don't last long and you're only supposed to take two a day.

Easy to swallow and no unpleasant taste, but absolutely no reduction in appetite. I swear one or two times I took them it made me MORE hungry. Definitely won’t recommend or buy again.

It was a little hard for me to swallow but I have a hard time with pills. There was no uncomfortable taste and it did help with my appetite.

This supplement has really helped curb my habit of overeating after a meal for the past week. I no longer feel the need to snack after eating a hearty meal which I was doing before. During this pandemic being indoors a lot, it’s easy to fall victim to eating just because snacks are around and this product helps reduce unnecessary indulgences throughout the day. The capsules don’t have a flavor and are easy to take.

Not worthy. Wasted money

Product is helpful in mild appetite suppression. I only take one in the am. It would work better if I took more.
