Beachbody Country Heat Mash Up DVD

I am not a Beachbody member which might affect my review. I enjoy workout DVDs such as Zumba and Pilates. However, this DVD is quite cheesy. Everyone is trying really hard to be "country" by pretending to lasso with the biggest smiles on their faces. The workout is just okay--I honestly expected a more challenging workout from Beachbody. It feels a little more intense by the end, but not much. Modifications are available if an even easier workout is desired. The music is not what I expected; for some reason I thought this would include modern country songs but only plays songs from the 80s and 90s (Watermelon Crawl, Footloose).

I was very very disappointed it came in a plain white cd sleeve . No paper work no pinted nothing .have to wait till power is back on to see if it works 😩go to store and bye it

I love the workouts, and I ordered this thinking I was getting a great deal on the whole series, but this is just one disc - yes I see. now that it says that. I think the disc and series are overpriced though with so many workout options available. It's like country Zumba.

This is a gift. It arrived on time and was on a wish list. I am sure they will love it.

I don't even like country but this was so much fun. Easy dance moves to follow for non-dancers and it's a great workout. Highly recommend. I do the Tracy Anderson method and can never follow her cardio, so this is my new go to
