I decided to add vitamin e to my skincare routine because of the changing seasons. I ordered this vitamin e supplement from Amazon and I am happy to share my experience with you all. The packaging was good and my product was in perfect shape with no dents and damages.Now about the product, even though this supplement is in capsule form, it was easy to swallow. I have been using it daily for some time now and I haven't experienced any ill side effects. I mainly got these vitamin e capsules for face but they are also good for hair. It had a positive effect on my hair texture; my hair feels silkier & less frizzy now.

Vitamin e oil is touted for being good for hair and skin but it is such a hassle and time-consuming process to apply. That's why I was so happy when I found out about these vitamin e capsules. They are so easy to use. They come in capsule form & are easy to consume. The recommended dosage is one vitamin e capsule daily so one bottle lasts quite a while. I can feel and see the difference in my skin. I have experienced fewer breakouts since the use of this product and my skin feels hydrated and smooth. For me, it is definitely a value for money.

I was so very excited to use this supplement but to my dismay, the product turned out to be non-vegetarian and it is made from gelatin which comes from animal collagen such as skin, tendons, ligaments, and bones. The hides and bones of certain animals often cows and pigs are boiled, dried, and treated with a strong acid or base- GROSS!!
