Easy use
It was very easy to follow directions and apply to my concrete. Its colourless and odourless. Its was applied using a sprayer at night. Absorbed quickly and dried to a matte finish.I cant comment on the structural effects, waiting to see what happens when it rain. Hoping it actually prevents the water permeation. I wish it were more cost effective.
