Looks nice but needs work.
These are nice heavy metal knobs but like someone commented they may need some work to fit. They have a plastic insert which turns out to be a good thing. First, the Allen screw does not go all the way through so it won’t catch the spline. You have to drill a small hole so the Allen will go through and tighten on the spline. Second, they were too small and would not slide down over the spline. Again, I had to drill a bigger hole so it would fit. Since they have a soft plastic insert, it was relatively easy to do with a small cordless drill or you can ream them by hand. If you can do that, they look really good and doesn’t feel like cheap plastic knobs. For the price and looks, I would buy again now knowing what I may have to do. I would start with a small drill bit and gradually bigger until they fit. I’m happy how they came out. Good luck!

Great replacement knob for guitars ad basses!
I had a bass that needed new knobs and these worked perfect! As long as the post is the right size or smaller you can use the Allen set screw to tighten it so they don't fall off. Great replacement. Looks nice too!

One out of three were fine
Received 3.First one was fine. I liked the weight, the finish is nice, and the fact that the middle is plastic isn't a big deal.Second one had an issue with the set screw. The allen wrench interface to the set screw is oversized and soft. As a result, after attempting to gently snug up the set screw with light finger pressure, the opening deformed and flared. Now that screw isn't going to get any tighter or come out, so here's to hoping I don't need to ever change it before I replace that pot.Third one must have been previously installed or poorly manufactured. After attempting to install, it wouldn't go on any deeper than half way down the pot shaft. After removing it, it looked like the plastic insert had been significantly gouged and deformed, preventing it from going down any further. Also, unlike the other two, even after fully removing the set screw, the inner plastic piece would not come free or even rotate. After removing the excess plastic gouging, I attempted to install again. It went down about 3/4 of the way this time but no further. This time, in attempting to remove the knob, it pulled the pot's shaft out with it.Now I'm stuck with a useless knob, a broken pot, and potentially a second one that's in jeopardy if I ever need to remove that knob.Save your money and pass.

Does not fit 6mm Ibanez posts without modification
Purchased for use on an Ibanez SA series guitar with 6mm posts. Does not fit without modification. Also, comes with three Allen keys for some reason, none of which fit the grub screws. To install on a 6mm pot you will need to use a 1/4" drill bit to carefully bore out the hole for the post to get it to slide on. The set screws are non-functional to begin with... there's a thick layer of plastic at the bottom of the hole that the set screw goes into that prevents it from screwing all the way down to contact the post. Remove the set screw completely and use a tiny drill bit to drill through that plastic and clean out the hole enough to where the plastic is no longer in the way of the screw going all the way through into the interior of the knob. Once you do this it will fit, just takes some work.Aside from this, once installed they are solid and look good.

Knobs
They work well.

Cheap knobs
As others have stated, shipped all together in one bag with 3(?) wrong sized Allen wrenches, so that everything is scratched up. Cheap knobs with a plastic insert. No reason for the set screw at all. Save your money.
