I purchased this item to replace stones on a bling belt. The stones are the exact size advertised. They are clear and free of defects. They were shipped in individual packaging inside the main bag (I'm assuming this is to prevent natural wear from the stones rubbing against each other). I purchased both clear and pink in the same item, both are exactly what I ordered.
