Looks awesome
The water flow coming out of main faucet is very restricted compared to previous faucet. Wand is good tho. And it looks great.

Barely bumped handheld part and it broke.
I barely bumped this handheld piece getting out of the tube. Now the hose has dropped down to an inaccessible place. How do I fix this?

Takes forever to fill up the bathtub.
The water output is between 1-2 GPM (NOT 10) it takes 30+ minutes to fill my bathtub and my house water pressure is fine. The problem is the 1/4" hoses are just too small.

Premium Quality, Materials, and Looks
This faucet set-up is absolutely beautiful! It looks amazing and I personally think it is better than most faucets and products that are 2x and 3x the price! The water pressure from both the main spout and detachable hose is awesome and the installation was very simple compared to other faucets I have installed in the past. Awesome set-up...you won't be disappointed!

No water flow, UPDATE RUST
The media could not be loaded. What a joke this faucet is, to fill up the bath would take over 2 hours absolutely no pressure and my other one that was replaced worked fine. I would return it but unfortunately it's already installed with the holes in my new tub. Now not only does it take forever to fill the tub it now has rusty water coming out of it!!! I cannot tell you how upset I am after spending all this money in the renovation of my master bath
