This with Gut Restore probiotic is awesome for leaky gut, you can notice a difference almost immediately. I am a doctor and Dr. Axe is my #1 alternative health doctor and doctor in general I go to for health and wellness advice. I read his “Eat Dirt” book on leaky gut, it is good as well.I have combined these two supplements with the Auto Immune Protocol (AIP Diet) and have stellar results. I was severely ill, I was throwing up almost every day and developed all kinds of auto immune symptoms. My healthcare team (4 M.D. specialists) couldn’t figure out what was going on. I was 90% sure it was leaky gut. Literally in 4 weeks with these supplements and following the AIP diet strictly, I was 95% symptom free..I had my life back.There were a few foods Dr. Axe said were ok in his leaky gut protocol laid out in his book, but they offended my system. I have been taking 2 Capsules before meals, and I think it is helping for what these are described for? Directions read 2 Capsules a day. I am an RN and decided a daily dosen would not be enough as a daily dose not enough!
