Wish the cost was lower and/or they were "Subscribe & Save"-able. Other than the cost, they are great! No complaints.***EDIT/UPDATE ***I've been re-ordering these for a while now and everything has been great until my last order. The seller was "Sain Store". I received kock-off filters. See the 6 photos I've uploaded comparing the kock-off (on the left) to the used real filter (on the right). The knock-off is made of cheap flimsy material and doesn't seal well in the air purifier machine. Aovid purchasing from "Sain Store".

I read the units manual a few time and barely found a mention of the flashing LED, and that it says to replace the filter. The manual gives the impression that once you replace the filter the light will stop. This is not the case. You need to Manually reset the indicator.***HOW TO RESET IT***. While the unit is on, hold the timer and fan speed buttons until the LED stops flashing.Would have been nice to have this in the Manual for the unit. Not the filter's fault. but maybe since the manual does not say anything they could add a slip of paper to the filter package?

I have 3 of these HEPA filters that needed replaced but I was a little concerned by some of the negative reviews. These replacements filters came with free returns so I went ahead and ordered them. Free returns are important to me because I don't loose my money if the product isn't any good. Fortunately it wasn't needed in this case.When they arrived I examined them rather critically and could not find any discrepancies or differences between them and the old ones (except for the dirt in the old ones) so I put the new ones in my units. They fit and function just like the ones that came with the machines.I am pleased that I did not have any issues at all. They are exactly as advertised.I live in a desert area with lots of blowing dust. I have been satisfied with the way my Airthereal HEPA units filter the air from pollen and smells and these new filters continue to do the same quality job.

Replacement filters are not the same as the filters which come with the product. I really liked the filters that came with the machine it pulled everything out of the air. The replacement filters are far far cry from what I purchased I would not recommend purchasing the replacement filters.

It sounds like there’s a bunch of beads or something inside it. I’ve had many filters for this unit and never had this weird sound. See video. I wish the company would tell me what it is inside making that noise.
