Many years ago I purchased a sink top water filter from HSN. It lasted a long time and the water tasted delicious. But when I went to buy another one I found out they don't have it anymore. So I decided to check on Amazon and I was pleasantly surprised. I purchased this water filter and had it installed by my neighbor. So easy and the water tastes better than bottled water. If you're on the fence, taste your water directly from the tap and then purchase one of these! You'll be drinking more water, healthy for you. Treat yourself. The prices right. I live alone, so this is perfect for me. And it doesn't leak!

This is an excellent filter system. I've had others over the years but this one is the best. Pure water! I mean tasteless. So refreshing. If you can taste water then the filter is not good. This system is great! I highly recommend it. Easy to install, with in 15 to 20 mins. Max. Follow directions carefully! Happy camper!

The instructions are very hard to understand but once you figure it out, it installs very easy. It does include a filter. I purchased one when I ordered this because the description was not clear as to whether it included a filter. The tightening wrench is the best cause you are going to need it to loosen the case to take the paper off the new filter and to tighten it once you put the filter back in. Tighten it!!! And once you have it hooked up and you are ready to test it, put the entire unit in the sink so that if there are any leaks, they wont wet the counter up. I didnt need the extra parts to attach it to the faucet. It was easy to attach once I figured out that the clamp could loosen more than I thought. Make sure to tighten the clamp over the rubber gasket once you fit it onto the faucet. So far there are no leaks. Great price and the water tastes great. Love the fact that it is not in the way when Im trying to wash dishes. Also the water sprays out at an angle so I would always turn it on over the sink. Great purchase.

Great products from iSprings. Basic units are easy install and effective. Customer service is 2nd to none. Recently worked w Nick in the customer service department. An issue I ha with most recent purchase, was promptly and immediately resolved.This company stands behind what they sell, make great filters and water treatment products and their service is excellent. Can’t ask for more from a seller these days.

Must preface this to add that I have been using various countertop filters for more than ten years and I know how they work.That said, this unit arrived adequately packaged but something seemed off to me and at first I thought it was a return/refurb and maybe missing some components. I contacted customer support and they were wonderful and sent me another unit. In the meantime, I had installed the first one using a part from an older other brand and it did seem to be going okay but they already had another unit on the way! Just want to say that Don and Brian are very much into the customer service aspect and quite responsive.I do enjoy the transparent casing, this is the first time I have had a clear one (actually it is blue). It does not go with my kitchen decor but I figure I can always crochet a cozy for it if I don't want guests to be offended by the color clash or seeing (when it does) get icky from catching stuff. For now, it is nice to see the water going through it. Also, this is significantly more substantial than other brands I have owned. It is a good sturdy weight and not easily knocked over or flimsy.To people with leaking problems, a) DO NOT use the wrench to tighten the filter on install. Just like your truck car filter, it will squish the gasket out of place and have the opposite effect. The wrench is for taking it off. b) leaking at the faucet - be sure you cleaned the threads in your faucet spout and have the correct washer in there. I have never had a faucet adapter leak in ten years. c) if you have housing leaks it is the big o-ring on the canister. This is why I got turned off of this type for awhile- they are fine until you change the filter but have the same big o-ring on the housing. They always lieak by two or three cartridge changes. Use a vendor that has replacement o-rings available. You can thank me later.
