Elanen's certified organic marshmallow root is light and fluffy, with a softly sweet woodsy aroma and taste. It adds a silkiness to tea blends which I quite enjoy! I also appreciate the lot number and best by date stamped on all of Elanen natural's herbs. And the bags actually reseal keeping the herb fresh and dry.

I was impressed with this Marshmellow roots flavor. As well as it steamed well in boiling water and was easy to strain. With a little bit of honey for sweetness it is SO GOOD!
