We like it.
Good quality construction. I like the product for the price. The only negative is that, in the raised position the platform is a bit wobbly, but we have remedied this issue by lowering the platform onto a wicker basket that brings it to the correct height and stabilizes the keyboard & monitor.

Don't buy
I was on the verge of purchasing a more widely known desktop riser, when I happened on this offering, priced at $175 less. (At full retail, this model is around $375) I did my research and decided to give it a try.The stand is a beast and it is motorized. It carries a 5 year warranty. It does not take up as much room on my desk as competing products, which was one of my criteria. The platform has more than enough room for my midsized keyboard.Although the platform is solidly attached to the metal post, like the others it does have a slight bit of bounce when in the raised position. Personally, I do not find it a problem in any way. This stand comes with vesa hardware, so you can mount your screen to the post instead of using the monitor's stand. For a dual setup this is not ideal. Aesthetically, having the top of the post visible behind the monitor was a concern, but it no longer bothers me. The way I see it, I will just have to get a larger monitor! ;-)Update 05-12-2017I reduced my rating because the platform fell off. The weld that attaches the keyboard/ monitor platform to the post came apart and came crashing down. VERY DANGEROUS if you are using a monitor on its own stand. What is worse, is that neither the seller, C-Mall in this case, nor the manufacturer, AnthroDesk, backs up the warranty. I left three voice mails and no response from the manufacturer. I got a strong impression the company is run out of a garage. The seller, C-Mall, forwarded a curt email that I need to send the unit to an address in Canada. Just like that. Well the unit weighs a ton, and shipping from South Florida to Canada will cost more than buying a new unit from a better quality competitor. The so-callled 5 year warranty is worthless and a lie. On the manufacturer's website they state 100% customer service. Absolutely shameful.

Worth the money and it has wow factor.
The media could not be loaded. It has wow factor. This stand up desk is controlled by a push button that you can mount anywhere you want, within reach of course. The desk is electronically controlled and is pretty sturdy considering everything. In the description, it states that it can mount up to a 27" monitor, but I have a 42" monitor and it is working fine. I wasn't able to mount it yet, but for the time being it sits on the same flat surface as my keyboard and mouse. This desk has absolutely no problem moving the weight of the big monitor either. I will eventually build a custom mount to fit the 42" monitor but no urgency. For comparison and the this review, on another desk I have a different brand of stand up desk and it is spring loaded. You just pull up the handles and adjust accordingly. But the wow factor isn't there like it is with this one and its electrical abilities. An additional value is that it has another switch that I wasn't aware of when ordering. It's located further back closer to the plug in. It is a so called master switch. Instead of having to hold the buttons down like the other switch, this one you can just push which ever direction and walk away. When you come back, it will be either all the way up, or all the way down. Not for sure if there is a setting so it can be programmed where to stop yet, but I'll be looking for one or at least to figure out if I can add one. Being an electronics engineer has it's advantages.Only down side to this is it seems a little wobbly when in the up position. But after further investigation, I think it because the monitor isn't mounted to the post yet. When I lifted up the monitor there was little to no wobble in it all.Disclaimer: I received this product at a discounted rate for my fair and honest review. No guarantees of a 5 star but this did deserve it.

Great cheaper option for raising desks
Great cheaper option for raising desks. This thing is super heavy duty, weighs a ton... which is exactly what you want! Sits on top of a desk without taking up too much extra space. Would recommend!
