Warning buy in capsules the powder after mixing in with oj was so strong I thought my throat was going to close up. Couldn't drink the rest going to go buy capsules to put it in will update later. Update: I use the products for 2 days and it worked on the second day I put the powder in the capsules. It was normal it didn't hurt my stomach I recommend trying this product

works very good and is gentle the taste is not to bad either my only complaint is the price wish it was less maybe for return customers they could offer a discount of some sort !

If one can ‘ like’ a product of this type, I do, lol. Even though I adhere to a vegan diet I still suffer chronic constipation due to pharmaceutical medications. I prefer natural products so chose this. The flavor is not bad, it has what I’d say is a mild minty after taste. It is very gritty, and takes a lot of stirring to get it mixed-but the grit remains. It really doesn’t bother me though. Does it work? After a few days of dosing. But, I am not sensitive to these types of products-it does take a bit of effort for me.
