Keys don't work.
Love the look and installation was a breeze. Unfortunately, it did not come with a functioning set of keys. I notified the company last summer and they indicated that I must in fact of the keys. In fact, the keys are suppose to work with all additional locks I purchased from the seller. Unfortunately, only one set of keys works for one deadbolt our of the four that I have in the house and I do not have access to my front door when its locked. I just sent the company an e-mail a few weeks ago and I still have not heard from.Save yourself the hassle and spend the extra money and get your set from a local hardware store.

Product is nice, but keying not consistent
The lock and finish are nice. We like the style and it holds up well. However, the type of key doesn’t match other Delaney products so we couldn’t rekey all to match. It’s a minor inconvenience, but something to be aware of.

A Little Disappointing
It's beautiful and fits our decor perfectly. But, alas, the finish has flaked off the locking cylinder. It's not key scratches because the finish is all gone even on the outside edge. Great price though.

Good enough
Ended up ordering two sets. The first set came damaged, but both got another and it was all good. The company gave a refund for the damaged set.

Pretty drywall screws
Short drywall screws were sent with this item for installation - wrong screws! Had to go to the hardware store to find the appropriate screws, item broke on installation
