Nice and compact.
I was told by my GP to make some lifestyle changes to not go onto BP tablets, so..... I got this as it's cheaper than a gym membership.I have a friend who advised on what to do (I do swear about him during my cycling). I do this while watching tv in my flat come rain or shine. So far I've kept it up every day and my blood pressure has come down nicely.Another benefit seems to be my knees aren't clicking or aching as much since staring this.It was easy to put together, nice and sturdy. The variable tension makes for a good workout and the pulleys give your arms a seeing to as well- win win.I'm 5ft 4 and it's a comfy height for me. Very lightweight and the wheels make it nice and easy to move in and out of the room.

Sturdy exercise bike
A sturdy exercise bike, but please consider that even when folded up, its still quite heavy to move about. That is the only small grumble. Allow an hour to construct it, instructions are pretty clear. Once put together, it is a solid piece of kit, quiet and the resistance levels are good enough for me. Where the display is positioned, there is a stand/ledge to sit your phone or tablet on and this is really handy. Many people have smart watches /fitbits so the fact that if you have a tablet sitting in front of the monitor, it is not a big issue. Im nearly 6 feet tall and I find it smooth and comfortable to use. Overall this is a very good exercise bike.

Does the job, ok for light workout and those starting out
Delivered on time and fast. Packaging was good but there were marks and scuffs on it. Though it's hard to say if this was used or just packaging and warehouse. Not the best instructions but fairly easy to put together. But not that straightforward. The tools provided aren't great but just about do the job.Was a missing flat washer. Curved one instead.Found impossible to add the foot pedals straps on.The seat isn't the most comfortable even for a short 30min workout.Bike itself is good, decent build, bit rickety and moves about a bit and squeaks etc as held together by simple bolts and nuts.On the whole however the bike does the job, it provides a good cardio workout to someone of below average fitness, or a good warmup. Or for someone older. It's nice that you have the hand grips to train top half body too.The seat being recumbent position is good if you have knees or joint issues. The tension and resistance isn't that great for most. But sufficient for someone below average fitness, over weight or old. And good enough for a warm-up. I wouldn't reccomend it to anyone of average or above average fitness expecting to get any challenge. For my purposes it was perfect, I just need something to get my cardio and fitness up, and get back into exercise. Love I can work whole body same time by cycling and rowing same time like a cross trainer. I have to keep on max tension with 5min max on 8 or 9 to warm up. And I got knee issues and massively overweight and obese (clinically), having put on 5 Stone in 8 yrs of zero exercise. However previously was v fit.I expect this will do the job for me for 3months to get my fitness up n get back into exercise, after which it will still be useful for warmups and light exercise. Or passed onto the folks to help them with light exercise. It seems pretty well made and sturdy for the price paid. It's light weight and folds easily. However I'm not massively impressed with the seat adjustment screws and wobbly hard seat. Also in order to fold uses another screw in adjuster thing. Which doesn't go in and out easily. Also can't really adjust the footprint of the bike so the seat is closer to the front handle part. Being bit shorter and wife even shorter 5ft5 and 5ft1 we find it a bit far back and have to sit forward on the seat. Spring adjustable as opposed to twisting screw adjusters would be better. All in all happy with product so far, and hope it will last. I'll update in 3-6m time provided it's all atull going well. Or re write review if it's not.The monitoring us great.I expect this should last for a number of yeArs (,even if just a warm up), if not I'd be disappointed.Fingers xd.

Excellent bike!
After reading the reviews, I had hugh hopes for this bike, and I'm not disappointed. The build instructions are clear, although it takes a while to put together. When riding it, the bike is very smooth and quiet. The arm resistance bands also work well. It takes up a small amount of space, and can be moved fairly easily. I'm very pleased with my purchase.

Just what I was wanting!
I had been wanting an exercise bike for ages (but finding most were either too expensive or took up far too much space considering I don’t have a spare room for a home gym) so I was thrilled to come across this exercise bike that isn’t overly costly and folds up when not in use.I am 5ft 7in and find this bike easy to use and actually is somewhat adjustable so you can heighten the seat to be able to find the correct seat to pedal length that’s comfortable for you.My husband has had a go on the bike too and at 5ft 10in has been able to find a seat height that’s comfortable for him also.As mentioned above I was thrilled that this bike is foldable in order to save space, but to be honest it's never needed to be folded up as it's used nearly everyday and it's quite compact and doesn't take up much space at all.I manage to put it in one corner of my lounge when not in use and it doesn’t get in the way at all.It feels strong and sturdy and is comfortable to sit on, I think it helps that this bike has a back rest also, although after over an hour of use each time it's inevitable that sitting on it becomes a lot less comfortable. The back rest isn't used too much but it's nice to have it when you just want a little rest and to take it a bit easier for a bit.The digital readings element is brilliant, as you can clearly see how many calories you’re burning, miles you’re doing, your speed etc… plus it's simple to reset it the next time it's used. There is I believe 10 settings to this bike so you can start off really easy (if you’re new to exercise) and work your way up in terms of difficulty and resistance. I found the highest setting is great for really working your legs well. The arm pulleys are another great addition that can be used to help tone your arms when you want to give your legs a little rest and do offer quite a bit of tension for strengthening and toning purposes. The handles are easy to grip and comfortable to hold.It was easy enough to put together (my husband took on this task for me) and we were concerned it may be overly difficult (having read other reviews prior to purchase) but yet he didn’t have an issue at all. He said it was pretty straight forward and fairly obvious. He had it all set up in around an hour. All in all it's a great addition to the household and fantastic for the price point. For me personally it was money well spent as it helps me greatly with my fitness journey and in the comfort of my home.
