The product is herbal and does its magic pretty well, it gives you a feeling of relaxation and calmness inside out... i was so enjoying this imagine i picked up toys from the floor each time my son threw from the baby chair while having dinner!

After taking this tablet around 15-20 days, it significantly dented my digestive system and I started facing acidity reflux. I started finding the sudden cause for this and it turned out to be this capsules. Ashwagandha has its side effects on stomach and gastric process.Himalaya didn't mention this anywhere. Moreover this works like a steroid. Don't fall for this trap in the name of Ayurveda.

I can't tell about the how much internal effect its gives but it's giving positive strength thats for sure.. the main thing I want to share is when i stopped using it I had very bad fever.. but I m not sure it is bcoz of stopping it.. if anyone had same experience pls share..

Not sure but I feel a little addicted to it. Days when I take it, I feel okay..but when I do not take it I feel tired. So mixed feelings about this.
