I've started using this for all my showering and hand washing. Just pour some into a foaming soap dispenser, add a bit of water, and you're set.

Standard green soap. Though I admit I was a little irritated that by the time the box got to me, the bottle cracked and was leaking, but it was nothing massive and I had my old green soap container for it. Plus there's no way of knowing when/how it got cracked so.... Yeah.
