This thing is great. Prior to it, all I had was a 6 inch bench grinder that I’d keep a grinding wheel on one side and a buffing wheel on the other. I work with metal antiques, for the most part, so any sort of bowl or tube shape would only allow me to use the bench grinder on the outside of the piece. I ordered this for the pencil grinder attachment to hopefully let me work on the inside areas. It works great! Prior to this, I used a Dremel tool, but you can only reach so far in to a tube shape before it’s fat body would stop you. I can get all the way down to the bottom of things like candle sticks with this. I found some small diameter grinder wheels and polishing disks that work great. Plenty of torque and speed too. I’m really happy with this. Recommended for any tinkerer or maker.

This multipurpose bench grinder is well-built and a functional tool. The bench grinder comes with everything you need. It has a grinding tool in addition to a buffing pad. The grinder is really quite easy to use and the parts assemble and attach to the grinder quite easily. In addition to the grinding and buffing devices it comes with a lengthy flexible shaft with handpiece. This can be easily connected to one of the bench grinder shafts and provide you with a flexible shaft that has supplied Chuck keys and both 8th inch and a quarter inch tips.This bench grinder is a pleasure to use. I would strongly recommend securing it to the bench top with the supplied screws. The grinder is absolutely quiet and not as noisy as you imagine it might be. It rotates from 0 to 10,000 RPM. It did not overheat with extensive use. The flexibility with the controls allows you to have the appropriate speed quite easily. I find that this bench grinder is an excellent device for hobby use.

I ordered this so I could have an extra polishing and buffing station.Overall it’s not bad, it just feels like the quality of one of the local big box discount took stores.It’s not bad, don’t get me wrong. It’s more of an occasional hobby/personal use item. I would suggest upgrading to something beefier if you want to use it for business purposes where you’ll be running this for many hours each week.I find myself just using my lathe and my flex shaft rotary tool with buffing wheel and diamond paste. I now just keep this as a backup.

The media could not be loaded.  I have wanted a flex shaft tool forever but never took the plunge. This one came up so I jumped on it figuring it comes with both a grinding wheel and a polishing wheel.. Wrong it does not come as shown.!!! It comes with two grinding wheels one fine and one very course. No polishing wheel included as shown in pictures. Also pictures show 3 arbors for polishing wheels. Well you only get two one left and one right. You do however get two drywall screws to secure it to your workbench!!!I also noticed that the drill arbor is missing one of the securing Allen locks. Not a big deal since I can borrow one from another tool not being used at the time.Upon using the flex shaft I noticed a bit of vibration so I checked it and found they do not grease the cable. I removed the inner cable and greased. It runs much smoother now and no heat noticed from cable or handle portion during use. It is pretty smooth with very little vibration in my opinion. I say that because I never have used a flex shaft tool before.The bench grinder works very well with usable speeds and good control. It also is very smooth in my opinion with no abnormal or unwanted vibrations at any given speed. The grinding wheels seem to be pretty true but I am sure the pro would probably want to cut the stone wheel to his or her liking.All in all I am very happy I decided to get this but am also disappointed that it did not include what is shown in the pictures. I had to purchase another set of wheels here to get my polishing wheels.Hope this helps and thanks..
