Love it in every way! Shaved cubes make an excellent float on top of our Martinis! Snow cones are nice and fluffy. Too cool!Whoops 😬 I spoke too soon! Friends were checking it out as I was making another batch of fluffy/shaved ice, but the machine just stopped. It’s not cutting/shaving ice as described! 🙉.I’ll check it again soon and update this review. In spite of this problem (prolly my fault anyways) we still love the ease of the machine! The snow ⛄️ function of the item was so incredible! Disembarking from the plane in Burbank, everyone was pretty bummed until we went on a Santa Monica booze crawl! So we like to make sweets a lot but lately my daughter has been flavoring with real fruit juice or the Icee drinks that are just flavor with no sugar.Nothing fancy as far as appliances go but the concept is simple and is well executed in this device. I recommend it if you like ice drinks or snow cones or shave ice. Great little tool.

The first one I ordered did not work, but the one they replaced for me works much better than the first. I probably won't get another one of these though.... they dont keep up with how much shaved ice I like to have.

I was so delighted when I receive my package ..I hurry up and open it....put it together which took only 7seconds I was on the phone with my brother I told him I'll call back I wanted to try my new snow cone shaver machine.....Ohh my goodness I love it...I really love it🤗🤗😋😋

It didn't last but a couple of weeks befor it stop working i had to return i hope this second one is worth my time and 💰 as oc now im very displeased with this line

I have tried the victorio electric ice shaver several times and I'm not happy with the results. The ice is not finely shaved, but course. At first I thought it might be my mistake as how I was using it so I carefully read the instructions again, but I got the same result course ice not the fine shaved ice you expect from an electic ice shaver. If I could send it back without having to pay for shipping I would. I DON"T recommend this item.

I really liked this unit and I jumped on it when I saw a good deal on it that make it comparable to other manual crank units on the market. Like many other units, sometimes you have to let the ice puck spin a few times before it catches the blade and begins to shave. Starting the puck in this unit is easy as it is merely holding the button down and perhaps varying the angle of the weight on the top until the puck catches the blade and begins shaving. (it's essentially like a pencil sharpener design but for ice)Use of this unit is easy. I wish there were more than two ice cups and I wish each cup was a little bigger, but overall, the unit is excellent. Unit has been durable and has worked nicely all summer. I don't know if the unit will last many years like a hand crank unit will, but I don't mind the slight premium to reduce the manual labour in making shaved ice if I have to replace this every 3-4 years or so.Each ice puck will make enough shaved ice to fill two soup bowls which is still a relatively respectable amount of shaved ice, so in theory you should be able to serve around 4 people or make around 4-6 snow cones.

Works great. Makes sno-cones with no muss and no fuss. An excellent value at an affordable price point.

Took it out of the box and didn't get a chance to try it until a week later and it doesn't work (no power). Unfortunately I threw away the box the night before trying it.

We needed this for my daughters birthday. We needed to make lots of the ice mold prior to the party and you can not just use regular ice cubes. Aside from that it was a good product and last enough to make enough ice shavings desserts for 150 guests.
