(Edited Review) This stuff is the awesome! Only issue I've had is that it leaks a bit in shipping so I have to wipe off the bottle before storing it and I put it straight into the fridge upon arrival. That reminds me...I need to buy more.

Our jar of highly anticipated Muffaletta arrived with a cracked and broken lid. Fortunately the the seal was still intact because it wasn’t leaking or anything like that so we felt safe giving it a taste. Very disappointed that it was very very mild tasting and really only tasted like olives and not much else. We would rate it a 2 on a scale of 1 to 10 for hotness. Maybe we got a boring batch, or one with the wrong label on it…

Would have used it for bruschetta. Packing appeared adequate. Red plastic lid was not sealed tightly even with a shrink plastic seal thus some seepage of oil on the first wrap layer. The flavor did not taste bad in relation to the expiration date; the recipe flavor was quite salty and unappetizing. Could not eat it. Dumped it.

So good.

This is my favorite new condiment. Tastes so good. I love the hot pepper taste with the olives. I have been making turkey sandwiches with this stuff on it...and some sliced red onion. Best sandwich ever. The taste stays with you for hours. I will be buying more of it and extras to keep in the pantry.
