I've been using this for over 2 months now. I feel like it's helping my aging skin. I can feel it, and my skin turns a light red after using it. I know it increases the blood flow to your face. and hopefully collagen production. I'm 64 yrs. old and I have pretty young looking skin for my age. I use it about 2 times a week.

I’ve heard a lot about Derma Rolling for awhile. This kit has a detailed instruction book, which for a first timer is very helpful. So much of the time products don’t have good instructions. When it comes to your face, it is IMPERATIVE to follow the instructions, especially about the details about face washing and sterilizing the roller in alcohol (70% suggested) I haven’t had as much time to use it as I would like, but hope to pick up the pace. I’m 60 and recently lost 40 pounds of the pandemic 30 I gained. My face is getting ‘jowly’ - in the past I’ve used Botox and Fillers, but they are simply not in the budget. I don’t expect to have the effect fillers provide, but hoping to get some collegian producing. I have a lot of tattoos so no fear of needles. My face gets red for a bit afterward. An ice roller helps a lot if you feel discomfort. Start slowly and don’t expect results overnight. Hopefully I can get my rolling into a regular schedule and am crossing fingers for any improvement. I had some dental issues I couldn’t fix because I was having surgery after surgery and developed a deep line on the left side of my chin. I noticed a slight difference after a few sessions. If I can improve even that area, I will be a happy camper!!

I could see a huge difference after using it only one time! Great packaging very sanitary. The only thing I put one star less on easy to use is because I don't know how to change the heads of the dermarollers on to the handle. It's very hard and I still haven't been able to figure it out. So I just use the rollers without the handle.

This has to be the most easy to understand, comprehensive, and complete kit out there on Amazon. It's an absolute must for beginners, as the booklet is a thorough tutorial, without being too wordy and overwhelming. Upon gazing at my first kit, i just had to purchase a second one, before the price went up! It's also, professionally packaged and pristine clean! Try it you'll Love It!

This comes in a few sizes and a round one too. I use it every week and it's working, I also use it on my knees and elbows and I am seeing a difference in those areas as well.
