Fit perfectly in my XPS 15 9560 - SSD version
I've owned this laptop for 4 years and the battery just died. It was so easy to replace the retired battery with this one. Works great, and my laptop is good as new again. Great value.

Good as new!
Ran a diagnostic test on laptop, says it was bad and not even detected. Installed this battery good as new. Tools are sub par. I tried using tools and it almost stripped screw on 1st spin. Have a better set of tools before installing.

Worked great when I installed it but seems to have lost some battery life already. Still better than the old battery for now. It now shows 99% as soon as I unplug power. Not sure what it will be like in another year.Will update if it keeps dropping of or fails completely.

Doesn't work on Dell XPS15 9570
I wish I'd read the top critical review - mine is doing the same thing - it just doesn't work. Sending it back. After charging to 100% if I unplug the power cord it may shut off after a few seconds or a few minutes or stay running all day. Initial startup is sketchy on battery power - may or may not work - it was working when booting Linux most of the time, but then I booted Windows and it starts the BIOS ok but when the BIOS hands off to the OS the laptop just shuts off, and won't power on again until I attach the power cord.

So far so good. I’ve purchased two of these for different laptops and they are a perfect fit. And cheaper than OEM…

Works, but not seamlessly
First issue, one of the mounting holes does not align with the laptop. No biggie, not like it is going to fall out and there are a bunch of other fasteners.Second issue, on initial install the system would not charge the battery. I initiated a return and was about done with it. For some reason I decided to reinstall it. On second try it worked fine and has had no issues since. Might be some protective film on the contacts that gets worn off by plugging the connector in a couple of times.Otherwise, it is a battery so not much to say. Appears to be similar quality to the OEM. Cable was not formed/routed quite as neatly as the OEM, but it fits fine in the case.
