NOT GOOD FOR ELECTRIC SCOOTERS
This piece of sht plastic wheel broke in less than five miles. I could have been hurt really bad. This wheel has a really nice rubber tire but it also has a really weak plastic rim. For your safety or your child’s safety you need to buy a metal wheel, not this plastic trash.

Definitely not for ELECTRIC scooters, but...
They seem OK for kick scooters, or as the details indicate "baby carriage."608ZZ skateboard bearings labeled "ABEC 7." Plastic wheel hubs. Fine for what they are, but they are not for electric scooters.
