Powerful and durable
This standmixer does everything you would expect. It feel extremely well made, well made and very powerful. Having owned for over a couple of months now, it's been out through its paces to mix cake mixture, dough and whisk all of which have been done with ease!

Misleading photo reviews
Mixer arrived today and am pleased with it-however, I had read the reviews which mentioned or provided photos of a blender and mincer which I assumed came with it. They do not but I can't complain because they are not listed in the description.I don't think the reviews/photos which show or mention the blender or mincer should be included because they are very misleading.I chose this mixer over others because I thought I was getting the blender included so feel a bit cheated but will keep the mixer as it appears to be good quality.

Arrived on time...Good sturdy machine the only negative issue is that the attachment don't go all the way to the bottom to mix all the ingredients together.

Limited lifetime - Warranty problems
It went wrong after 5 months. No reply from the seller to my repair request.

brilliant company
bought this mixer a couple of weeks ago but it went missing during delivery , i got in touch with their customer service. immediately they offered me a full refund but i chose a replacement which has now arrived and i must say i am over the moon it is as good as the ones that sell for three times the price . thanks chaps its appreciated not many companies are as reliable as this these days DAVE

Excellent purchase
I love baking and this has made a big difference to how I back ,the suction pads of very good and they keep the machine in its place
