Love this product. I only recently discovered it on a flight when I ordered a Bloody Mary and they gave me the lime. I was amazed at how much it tasted like a fresh lime that I immediately bought it ( after landing ) I’ve also used it in my cooking.

I love the taste of these - and it’s a lot easier than carrying around a lemon or lime, cutting it up and squeezing it into a bottle of water. There is absolutely no sweetness to them - no stevia - or artificial sweeteners. Just open up a packet, add to your water bottle and shake it up. I highly recommend them. I have gotten several people at work hooked on them as well. You can add more than one packet if you wish. I’ll buy them again, for sure - as long as the flavor I choose does not have stevia or artificial sweeteners.

We've been using True Lemon & True Lime powders for years, both are wonderful, but the bottled powder always got clumped up, even with the desiccant packs we put in them. We like the individual packs because the powder doesn't clump due to moisture. This is the best way to buy it if you only need a small amount for cooking, salads, etc.... We hope this review helps others to trust the individual packaging. Plus, it will save you money, no more tossing 1/2 a bottle into the garbage! Sometimes we only use a little out of the pack then roll down the top and it's still perfect a few days later. So pleased with our order! T&K McCall

My second time buying. So convenient, no need for a knife to cut the fruit, just tear open and enjoy. I even put some in my purse.

I waste so many lemons and limes that I pick up in the produce section, use part of one, then they spoil. This is such a superior, convenient compromise. The compromise is you don't have an old-school slice gracing the rim of your glass. But so great, I've been sending boxes to family around the country. No additives, just crystalized juice.

I previously was buying the big quantity 500 boxes. But those seem to have a downside of having maybe 5% of them have enough moisture intrusion to cause the powder to cake. I haven't had this problem at all with the 100-size packages.

I drink a lot of water, both sparkling and plain. I always have True Lemon and Lime packets with me. When I go to someone’s home I don’t expect them to have fresh lemons and limes waiting for me, so these are perfect. When I go to a restaurant, I can’t count on how long their lemon and lime slices have been sitting out in the open nor the cleanliness of the hands that have touched them, so these are perfect. When I’m home, I cannot always count on having the energy or the desire to take out the cutting board to wash and cut my own lemons and limes, so these are perfect. The individual foil packets keep the powder dry and fresh and ready for a cold drink of refreshing water or a relaxing cup of tea!
